The short version

The requirement pages are static. Reading them collects nothing beyond ordinary server logs. If you create an account for the tracker, we store the certificate data you enter so that we can count your hours and send your alerts — and nothing else.

What we store if you use the tracker

• Your email address, so you can sign in and receive alerts.
• The certificate records you enter: course name, provider, date, hours, topic category, and the licence they belong to.
• Your licence details: state and licence type, used to load the correct requirement.

We do not ask for your licence number, social security number, payment card details (those go to our payment processor), or anything unrelated to CE tracking.

Cookies and advertising

This site may display advertising served by third parties including Google AdSense. Those vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings, or disable cookies in your browser.

Where required by law, consent is requested before non-essential cookies are stored. Withdrawing consent is a matter of clearing cookies for this domain.

Data retention and deletion

Certificate data is retained while your account is active. Delete your account and the data goes with it — there is no separate archive we quietly keep. Server logs are retained for security and aggregate traffic analysis only.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
