Final Grade Calculator

Frequently asked questions

What does this calculator do?

In one mode it shows the exam score you need to hit a target grade; in the other it computes your final grade from your current grade and exam score.

How is the weighting applied?

The final grade is your current grade times one minus the exam weight, plus the exam score times the weight.

What if the needed score is above 100 percent?

The tool tells you the target is out of reach so you can aim for the best possible outcome instead.

Is my grade data uploaded?

No. Everything runs in your browser.
